Super Bowl Snack Attack!
While the Giants and the Pats battle it out on the astro-turf, score your own touchdown – nutritionally. As an alternative to the chips, dip, buffalo wings, pizza, etc. – go for this super cleansing, Raw No-Bean Hummus to the mix of munching options. It’s truly worthy game day cuisine!
Raw No-Bean Hummus
- 2 organic zucchinis, chopped
- ¾ cup raw tahini
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ olive oil
- 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ Tbs. ground cumin
- High quality sea salt, to taste
Add zucchini, olive oil and garlic to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and then add the remaining ingredients.
Serve with your favorite vegetables or Mary’s Gone Flax Crackers.
